Covid 19 Information

  • Sparkle & Co. agree that in line with Government guidance business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work, and suitable protection measures for our clients & our staff & following good disinfecting procedures for our equipment.   

  • We do have available the hire options of our fun teepee or picnic experiences in the comfort of your own home. We set up using the correct PPE equipment to ensure the safety of you our clients & also of our staff.

  • Due to the nature of our party business unfortunately we currently can NOT offer our party packages, including the Sparkle Works,  Sparkle Midi, Face painting, glitter tattoos or Glitter Bar packages. We hope to bring this back as soon as possible.

  • All hire equipment is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected according to our risk assessments, policies & terms, updated to meet the current government guidelines.

  • Clients must notify us in advance of any booking if any members of the household have tested positive for COVID 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire. We will also notify you if any members of Team Sparkle & our families become unwell with COVID 19 symptoms or a positive test result. We reserve the right to cancel the hire. Full refunds will be made due to covid related cancellations. 

  • Payments must be complete via BACS payments so as to avoid cash handling.

  • To complete your booking we must receive your completed booking forms, T & C's & agreement to our COVID 19 policy. 

  • All policies will be kept up to date & in line with the current government guidelines.
