Covid 19 Information

  • Sparkle & Co. agree that in line with up to date Covid-19 Government guidance that we will run our business with safe systems of work in place, use suitable protection measures for our clients where necessary & also our staff & following good disinfecting procedures for our equipment before/during and after our services are provided.   

  • PPE equipment will be worn when deemed necessary to ensure the safety of you, our clients & also of our staff.

  • Team Sparkle have introduced new hygiene practices to keep clients safe throughout all our parties.

  • All party/hire equipment is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected according to our risk assessments, policies & terms, updated to meet the current government guidelines.

  • Clients must notify us in advance of any booking if any members of the household have tested positive for COVID 19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire or entertainment services. We will also notify you if any members of Team Sparkle become unwell with COVID 19 symptoms or a positive test result. We reserve the right to cancel the hire/services. Full refunds will be made due to covid related cancellations. 

  • We regularly undertake COVID 19- lateral flow testing as a team.

  • Payments must be completed via BACS/Card payments so as to avoid cash handling wherever possible

  • To complete your booking we must receive your completed booking forms, T & C's.

  • All policies will be kept up to date & in line with the current government guidelines.
